Plastic Molding Service

● We JMT have inhouse injection center, with 9 injection machines

● 7 sets are HAITIAN brand, tonaage is 1600T, 800T, 470T, 250T and 160T.

● And another 2 sets are 2k injection machines, tonnage is 320T and 260T.

● Our injection machines are mainly used for JMT moulds testing, the mould trial capacity is about 40-50 sets moulds per day.

● And before mould shipment, we will do some initial small quantity production to ensure mould will run smooth directly in customer's factory.

● Besides, some customer donot have injection machine themselves, we can also offer them molding service, we can make production and export final products directly instead of molds.
