Single side tray pallet plastic injection mould

The quality of the first grade mold must be able to reach one million or more times of mold opening.  At the same time, it is required to use good raw materials and accessories.  

1. Have specific mold structure design (with computer drawings and models);  

2, the mold hardness should be at least HB280;  

3. The hardness of the core of the plastic tray mould must be no less than HRC50, and all the rows and accessories must be hardened;  

4, there should be a middle side division tube thimble (ejector system guide structure);  

5, the line needs to be set with a wear plate;  

6, temperature control performance monitoring is reliable, and installed in the mold core or position line;  

8, parting surface position to add positioning lock
