Post-treatment: nitriding (nitriding treatment has low temperature, small deformation, high surface hardness (greater than HV850) and wear resistance without quenching)  

Mold life :P20 normal use is not less than 300,000 die times,718 normal use is not less than 500,000 die times  

Mode of transportation: before the mold is shipped, it must be packed with locking sheet, wrapped film, and then wooden case.  The packing is strong and rust-proof to avoid the damage of the mould during transportation. Finally, the mould is delivered to the customer  

After-sales service: mold warranty for 1 year, free maintenance during the warranty period (except artificial damage)
