Next is the choice of steel material. Generally, knives, forks and spoons need to run at high speed. The steel material we choose must ensure that the mold can run at high speed. JMT Mould generally chooses H13, S136, and 2344 steel materials with a hardness of 42-45°. The steel material can ensure the high-speed operation of the mold.

The processing process of the knife, fork and spoon mold is rough milling, semi-finishing, high-speed milling (spoon), parting surface, high-speed fine carving (fork), and finally polishing, and then the mold will be ready for testment.
