JMT mould specializes in the production of Beverage crate moulds, we have made nearly 200 crate moulds in the past 22 years.  We provide high quality crate to customers, such as bottle crate, fruit crate, bread crate, thin wall crate mould, folding crate mould and so on.  

Every customer wants longer service life, high speed operation of the crate mold.  We usually add Becu to the slider to shorten the cycle time, and our design and engineering team have their own ideas to achieve the cycle time speed.  The way we design and the experience of this type of mold, the impact of the mold is self-evident.  

The choice of steel for mould is very important.  Generally speaking, we will use P20 steel, 45 mold frame, and sometimes use 718 mold frame structure. Pushing plate is automatically removed, but the oil cylinder structure still needs manual.  

We help customers reduce the thickness of the crate.  But at the same time, in order to ensure the bearing capacity of the crate, we increase the R Angle coefficient on the bottom surface, the rib and other bearing parts.  

Most crate moulds require 4 to 6 points of hot runner, because recycled plastic will be used for injection production, generally using hot runner gate.
