Advantages of plastic crate molding process:  

1. Suitable for forming large and super large parts.  Because rotary molding requires only the strength of the frame to support the material, the weight of the mold and the frame itself, and the closing force to prevent material leakage, there is no need to use very heavy equipment and molds even for processing large and very large plastic parts.  Therefore, in theory, there is almost no upper limit to the size of a product made by the rolling process.   

2. It is suitable for the production of many varieties and small quantities of plastic products. Because of the simple structure and low price of the mould used for rolling plastic, it is very convenient to replace the products.   

3. Suitable for processing large hollow products with complex shapes, which is incomparable to other forming processes.   

4. Easy to change the color of plastic products.  When the color of the product needs to be changed, just clean the forming mold.   

5. Due to the use of different raw materials, compared with injection products, rolling products have higher strength and better toughness.
