Special points of helmet mold design
1.External positioning pins should be provided around the mold, and the mold cavity and core should have an internal positioning structure to ensure that the mold is in injection molding for a long time, due to the wear of the guide pillar resulting in uneven thickness and stability of the rubber part wall, to prevent the subsequent coating edge (burr) around the rubber part, to ensure the consistency of the product quality;
2. The channels of the mold should follow the shape as far as possible and have as many channels as possible. Due to the thick rubber parts, the cooling effect should be strengthened.
3. The demudging mode should be determined according to the helmet structure, simple helmet shell with two plates is fine, and the helmet shell with complex structure needs side core-pulling structure.
